7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
